Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups basmati rice
3 cups of water
2 tbsp ghee or butter
1 medium onion, sliced
1 small green chili, chopped
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, beans, cauliflower, potatoes)
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
Salt to taste
2 tbsp chopped cilantro
1 tbsp lemon juice
