For the Chicken Makhani:
500 grams boneless chicken
1 cup tomato puree
1/2 cup cream
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp garam masala
Salt to taste
2-3 green chillies, chopped
1 tbsp cilantro, chopped
For the Jeera Rice:
1 cup basmati rice
2 cups water
1 tbsp ghee
1 tsp cumin seeds
2-3 green cardamom
2-3 cloves
Salt to taste
